Tell us about your wedding
Approximate date, area, rough guest count, what you're looking for. If you don't have a date yet, you check "not sure yet" and we keep going. You don't need everything decided — most couples who write to us don't.
A couple from Boston wrote to us on a Tuesday at 11 at night with three lines: "March, Cosón, around 60 guests, no resort." Enough to get started.

We send you a selection in under 3 days
Ana reviews your request by hand. She cross-checks your date against each vendor's real availability — actual availability, not the public calendar — rules out the ones that don't fit your format, and sends you a short shortlist. Three or four options per category. With real quotes, not generic ranges.
The Boston couple got three villas and a restaurant with a view. All four replied within a week with real proposals. Not a marketing PDF — numbers, dates, what's included and what isn't.

You reach out to the ones you like
You write only to the ones you liked — by WhatsApp or email — compare, and close directly with the vendor. We don't take a commission, we don't mark up the quote, and we don't get involved in the negotiation. If you'd like us to search again (another date, another format, another budget), just write to us and we'll go again.
They chose the villa. Two months later they got married in Cosón, 58 guests, ceremony at 5:30. When Ana asked if they could confirm they booked through miboda, they said yes. That's the only thing we care about measuring.
What we do differently
- Every listing passed through our hands. We visit, ask for references, and confirm availability before publishing. The curation is Ana's method, not an algorithm.
- Only Las Terrenas and Samaná. We don't open other areas until we can vet them to the same standard. If your wedding is somewhere else in the DR, write to us and we'll suggest a planner we trust.
- We take no commission. We don't mark up quotes and we don't get involved in the negotiation with the vendor. How we sustain ourselves financially is explained in About us.
- Your information stays with us. We only share your contact with the vendors you choose. No spam, no third parties. Details in Privacy.
Questions we hear a lot
Do I have to pay anything? No. Sending a request is free and commits you to nothing.
Do I need a confirmed date? No. If you don't have one yet, you check the option and we move on with the rest. The date helps us filter availability, but we can start without it.
What if I already have a vendor in mind? You open their listing and write to them directly from there. The request still reaches our team so we can follow up.
